Proactive Health & Injury Prevention (Pilot Program)
At selected sites, we’re piloting an onsite health and wellbeing program focused on early intervention and recovery through work.
This includes:
- Onsite health professionals
- Early treatment for minor injuries and soreness
- Ergonomic assessments and conditioning programs
- Support for an ageing workforce
- Faster, safer return-to-work outcomes
Our goal is to prevent injuries before they escalate and support long-term health in physically demanding roles.
Listening to Our People - and Acting on It
We regularly run anonymous Stay Surveys to understand what’s working, what matters most, and where we can improve.
What makes Dyers different is that we act on what we hear.
Feedback is reviewed by leadership, turned into depot-specific action plans, and followed up with check-in surveys to make sure initiatives are landing as intended.
