Kinghts of the Road
Knights of the Road is a program that recognises and rewards employees who have served over 10 years alongside the Dyer families. Knights will enter a realm whereby they receive special recognition each year they remain in active service with the Dyer family.
Our Knights can be any member of the team whether on the road or in the depot.
The Dyer family recognise our Knights in shining armour who protect our interest, act skilfully, ethically and honourably lead others a display unwavering loyalty. Over 40 employees currently have been with Dyers for 10 years or more.
Mental Health
We offer our staff the necessary resources to ensure that they cared for, both at work and away from work.
Employment Assistance Program (EAP) – 24hour assistance for our staff on work or personal matters.
Key Escalations contact officers – at Dyers Logistics we have zero tolerance for bullying and harassment or any inappropriate behaviour in any of our workplaces. Our Key Escalation contacts are confidential contact points for staff with any workplace concerns.
Mental Health First Aid Training – Learn how to assist, recognise or help someone with Mental Health issues.
